We have a 3 bed end terrace on the boarder of manchester and cheshire
M31 4HN. Our house has GCH, DG and is set back off the road in a square with off road parking. The house comprises of livingroom which has laminate flooring and has recently been decorated, kitchen/diner with plenty of storage and has recently been decorated, main bedroom which could do with a new carpet and maybe a lick of paint, please keep in mind it may look small due to our bed being 6ft wide! the 2nd double bedroom has recently been decorated with new carpet, and 1 single bedroom which has recently been decorated with new carpet. There is also a bathroom with electric shower and seperate toilet. Outside the house there is a good size front and back garden which is private and secure.

We live in a village called Partington. In walking distance there are 3 primary schools and 1 secondary school which at the back is also the local sports centre. The village centre has a doctors, dentist, sure start centre, libary and essential shops. There are also convenience shops and post offices dotted about the village.
On the square where i live there is a mixture of families with children and older people living there all of which i have never had any problems with.

We are looking to move purely for a change of scenery and a fresh start, not quite sure where we would like to go but would consider looking at anywhere. We need at least 3 bedrooms as we have 3 children. Also an enclosed back garden is a must for my children and 2 dogs.
