Brand Properties is recruiting for a full time Lettings/Sales negotiator to help us with our high volume of enquiries. This is a great opportunity for a Lettings/Sales Negotiator to really push their career forward and continue their already strong and proven track record in Lettings and Sales.

#The role will involve the following:

Arranging and attend viewings
Completing tenancy applications and agreements
dealing with customers enquiries
dealing with landlords
Conducting inventories with tenants
Advertising the properties
Manage and maintain on a daily basis all administrative systems and procedures
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords


#The basic salary for this role depend up on Key skills and experiences. Plus some bonus scheme to be agreed.

#The potential candidates will be:

Flexible
Hard working and positive attitude
Have excellent computer skills
Have an excellent telephone manner
Target driven, and self motivated
Local area knowledge is preferred
Have a full UK drivers license with no, or minimal points.
Offer excellent customer relations and be well presented, professional, pro-active, forward thinking and
have a keen desire to learn.
