I've recently landed an acting role in a show, due to start rehearsals in the new year. I've been told that I have to drop 2 dress sizes and at least 2 stone by 1st Jan. I'm looking for a nutritionist/personal trainer to work with me on this. I want to try and do it the healthy way if there's such a thing.
