Experience in a similar position, handling customer enquiries and complaints, a numeric and methodical approach and PC literacy is essential. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate an aptitude for success through confidence, accuracy and team work. 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, days and evenings.
