My client is an independant insurance broker specialising in home buildings and contents cover with the goal to becoming the UK's leading independant home insurer. They have grown rapidly over the past three years and have built a friendly independamt advice service.

This challenging role is varied and involves managing customer's insurance requirements. The main responsibility will be to indentifying custome's additonal insurance requirements and promoting the benefits of their services.

We are looking for self motivated individuals who strive to achieve the best possible results within a sales environment, demonstrating the ability to achieve and exceed targets whilst being able to stay positive and enthusiastic.

This role would suit someone who has worked within telesales - inbound or outbound, business to business (B2B) or business to consumer (B2C) previously.


My client is also offering the opportunity to train and become a fully qualified insurance broker.

The hours of work are based on a rota. The opening hours are:

Monday-Friday 8am-9pm, Saturdays 10-6pm.

Salary is £12 - 13k whilst training, then goes upto £14k after completion of training. OTE £18-22k.
