Located on Port Street this bar is in a central and very accessible location, which is one of the many reasons why we get extremely busy over weekends and also often during week evenings. In order to balance the heavy workload that we currently have i am looking for somebody to come and join my team of 9 bar staff and make it the perfect number.

As for your responsibilities you will be required to serve customers a range of European beers, a limited selection of white and red wines and some basic cocktails. You will also need to keep the bar area immaculately tidy and also deal with any spillages accordingly. An understanding of the principles of bar stocking would be an advantage as you should be able to anticipate in advance when you need to fill the fridges.

The starting salary is just above minimum wage and you must be able to work at least one weekend shift as well as some weekdays. Shifts and working hours will all be discussed upon interview.
