My client is a major Insolvency provider based in Manchester, currently recruiting for an Insolvency Team Manager. Supporting the supervisory team, the Insolvency Team Manager will be responsible for:

o To maximise client retention and ensure clients comply with the terms of their IVA by proactive real-time management of a team of Insolvency Administrators.
o To develop, coach and improve each team members knowledge and skills through a continuous development process.
o To ensure that Insolvency Administrators operate within the guidelines of an IVA whilst building & maintaining a positive client relationship.


Applicants must have worked within an Insolvency environment previously and will have supervised members of staff. They will be able to communicate effectively and will be fully conversant with Post Appointment procedures.
