Project Manager required for Manchester.
My client are a privately owned National Contractor with a turnover in excess of £500 million. They are looking for a Project Manager to complete their team for a forthcoming £20 m refurbishment project that they have recently been awarded.
Experience in managing external render sub-contractors using mast - climbers would be advantageous


The successful candidate will have experience of similar size schemes and have a stable career history, preferably from a "blue-chip" background.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring build quality, managing H&S, and making sure that the build is carried out within company procedures.
