We are looking for a Sous Chef to assist in a busy kitchen serving all fresh food. Experience required as will be expected to deputise for Head Chef in their absence. Bluu is a bar brasserie already trading in Birmingham, Nottingham and Hoxton Square. The emphasis throughout the seasonally changing menu is on freshly produced, regional produce. Taking inspiration from a variety of cooking styles, for bluu food, think global and eat local.
