We are looking for someone very clean and reliable who works on their own initiative. Someone who will clean everything they see dirty without having to be told to do so. Someone who likes tidiness and will keep our place as if it were theirs.

The premises (four storey town house) with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, lounge and kitchen.

This property is occupied by our Son and four of his friends (all students).

This is a new house (4 years old) and has just been painted internally throughout and we are keen that it remains in good condition.

Looking for someone to spend 2 or 3 hours per week cleaning - mainly the kitchen and bathrooms and hoovering the stairs and landings but full detailed list of what needs doing weekly/monthly will be provided to the right candidate.

Must live locally, be reliable and have written references.

Must be someone who uses email regularly as we prefer this method of contact due to business commitments.
