Double room to let in shared house in Heaton Moor, Stockport. It is sharing with two other ladies. The house has been recently renovated to an excellent standard. The house has a sitting room, dining room and separate fully fitted kitchen with all the usual equipment. The room is a large double with a double bed, built in wardrobe, wardrobe and a large chest of drawers.

The bathroom is only shared by two people as one room is en-suite.

The house is only a couple of minutes walk to Tesco, Sommerfield etc and the bars and restaurants of Heaton Moor. It is about a 15 minute walk to Stockport , Heaton Chapel and Didsbury stations.

The rent is £280 per month (including council tax), but not utility bills. The ladies share these out themselves and it comes to about £50 each person every quarter.

Available now. Being let by a private landlord therefore no agency fees to pay. One months deposit and references required.

Would prefer another lady, but would consider a couple or a nice bloke.
