PLEASE NOTE :- THIS VACANCY IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON AN ADHOC BASIS TO COVER STAFF SICKNESS AND HOLIDAY, AND MAYBE REQUIRED AT SHORT NOTICE. (Mon - Fri between 8.00 - 6.00)
•Provide professional support to clients including secretarial services, e.g. photocopying, printing, laminating, binding and faxing services.
•Act as point of contact for all internal client requests.
•Deliver the Regus Customer Service standards to all Regus clients.
•Reception duties including; answer incoming calls within three rings and according to the Regus script. Providing a message service to clients.
•Professional greeting to clients and usage of client names at all times to generate a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
•Set up and support meeting room and video conferencing facilities, in line with client request.
•Assist in any other area of the centre and cover other receptions in the centre as and when required.
