My flat is in The Linx apartment which is in a really good city centre location. Located 5 minutes from the heart of the Northern Quarter (Trof, Odd Bar, etc.) and about 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly Gardens, there is a Metrolink tram stop 3 minutes walk minutes away and secure underground parking under the flat. The area itself is one of the safest and quietest parts of the city centre and features a large park - Angel Meadows just one block away.

The rent includes the biggest bill, council tax - the rest of the bills are shared equally between the two of us as and when they come in. Everything is electric, no gas. The flat has a fast wireless broadband internet connection and phone line. There is no binding contract, I just take things month by month.
