Your duties will include preparation and cooking of all meals, and you will be fully responsible for your section.
You will also be assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef and you will be assisted by more junior chefs.

Shifts will be varying; early, late, evenings and weekends are required so you need to be flexible with your hours!
