JOB SPECIFICATION A fun, vibrant character, from a branded quality restaurant background, the perfect host! Taking ownership in the absence of the General Manager, opening and closing the restaurant following all procedures for cash handling. Part of the role will be to plan and organise all shifts as trained to ensure that guests are satisfied and all staff work on shift to achieve high standards and ensure best use of resources.
To be considered for an Assistant Manager position you MUST:- Currently be working at Assistant Manager level in a high volume / from a branded quality restaurant background. Have a great personality, by that we mean bubbly, outgoing and dedicated to your career, whilst still knowing how to have a good time!
