We are a young friendly couple who have a double bedroom availble on the ground floor within our 3 floor town house.

The communial Kitchen and living room are on the middle floor - thus you will have your own space. We are happy to welcome a couple as we can divide the rent further.

We are located in a nice quiet area. The house includes garden, parking, internet, washer dryer, dishwasher and balcony. The local train station is a 10 min walk - I use it every day to commute into manchester! takes around 20 minutes. We are not to far from Didsbury - bout 15 mins drive.

Bills are not included within the rent, thus we will require money for electric, internet, water & council tax.

The house is light, airy and spacious - the bedroom availble has chester draws, book shelves and bed included - however these are all optional. It also has an ensuite and a very pleasent view from the window.
