**Kitchen Manager required for busy City Centre venue, working for a well established pub company.**

*Immediate start a must!
*Must have previous experience of a busy food venue.
*Preferably a background in branded venues
*Passionate about their work with a fine attention to detail
*Able to motivate a team, train and develop staff along company guidelines
*Knowledge of stock control to maintain company set G.P.

£18000 to £19000 with a bonus package to be discussed after probationary period.
