We are a small contemporary pub company based in with sites in Birmingham and Chester.
Our menu is based around simple well cooked dishes focusing on good quality, local ingredients.
The successful applicant will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and creative flair. You must have a good grasp of bar and restaurant management and will be key in developing this exciting new project with a team of great passionate people.
