Modern British Taverns are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic, innovative Second chef to join our team to open a new unit. Experience is essential although we will consider applicants who have not held a Second chef position before.
We are a small contemporary pub company based in with sites in Birmingham and Chester.
Our menu is based around simple well cooked dishes focusing on good quality, local ingredients.
The successful applicant will be a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and creative flair. You must have a good grasp of kitchen management and will be key in developing this exciting new project with a team of great passionate people.
