I am an extremely quiet and clean single person. I do not work due to long term illness and therefore my income is low. Any PRIVATE landlords (not agencies) who will accept the council allowance for rental premium are invited to submit the details of their available property in Stretford for my perusal. I am able to do minor repairs around the home and generally don't need to as I look after my home. I am looking for a clean long term to permanent letting with double glazing and gas central heating. The reason I am quiet is because I write a lot. If I use music it is over headphones. In my previous lets my neighbours have been worried if I still exist or not due to my silence. The reason I am looking is because my current landlord is selling the property to a private family. For a good tenant please consider me. Refs available.
