The rent is £360 per month to include £120 council tax (Band D)! The room is available from 1st July.

The Bradley Fold estate near Radcliffe (10mins to Manchester), also 10 mins to Bolton or Bury..
There is a Metrolink tram station here that drops you outside Primark area Manchester (amongst many other locations) also train station, GREAT links to M60, M61 and M62.

The rent includes the big bill, council tax - the rest of the bills are also paid by me on your behalf.

There is no binding contract, I just take things month by month.
I would require a months deposit if you are staying for 6months or more, a reference for all lengths of stay and that you are working full time..
