If you know of a house which looks abandoned because the garden is overgrown or nobody visits then can you let me know? I'm looking to buy unoccupied / derelict houses by tracing the owners and hopefully coming to an arrangement where I can take it off their hands, renovate it and then let it out. I'd work quickly to make the place look as good as the others next to it and I'd be more than happy to provide you with a finders fee of between £100 to £300 for your trouble in contacting me leading to a completed deal
