I am Seeking A 2 bed flat for myself and young son in the areas of Walkden or Little Hulton within the price range of £375 - £450 pcm. I am currently out of work therefore due to low income, landlords would need to accept housing benefits, I can put down a small deposit of £350 or arrange for a council bond scheme. I am a reliable and house proud person and would make a very good tenant.
