This is a lovely new flat in a very quiet area extremely near to the
university and Fallowfield, with room for a car or secure storage for
bicycles. It is about half an hour walking to the city centre and 15 minutes on the bus. It will to be to share with me [Rachel], PhD student in Art
History. I'm very welcoming of guests and friends. Should you wish I
can provide you with bedding and towels and the kitchen is fully
equipped. There is a tv and digibox should you want them and we have
fast broad band on WIFI.

With regards to the room, it is double size but for it to fit a desk too I've only got a single bed in it. Furniture can be removed as you like.

The basic rent is £320 per calendar month plus a flat £50/60 for bills
(water, electricity, telephone, wifi, with tv and international
calling extra). The idea is to pay up front and then be reimbursed if any excess. It works out about £85 per week

Ideally I'm looking to rent from now - as in today.
