Double En-suite Room in City Centre Flat Nr Nothern Quarter (£500 pcm)
My lodger is moving out after 4and a half years so I am looking or someone to take the room from 23 November onwards.
About the room/flat;
Its an en-suite double room in a 2 bed 2 bth flat in the Tobacco Factory on Naples St - 5 mins to the Northern Quarter. It is a decent size, but not big, and has plenty of storage. I am currently getting the bathrooms re-done so the lucky taker will have a brand spanking new en-suite shower room.
The rent is £500 which includes all bills except council tax. This includes the following;
utilities
phone (within reason)
internet
a cleaner who comes for 2 hours every fortnight to do a full cla ofthe whole flat
About me;
Im 27 and work in the city as a Surveyor (yes I know, very boring) but I like to think Im not as boring as my job! Im pretty chilled and get on with most people but would like to live with someone who is also relatively laid back. In the week I dont tend to have big nights out and so go to the pics, to th pub for a few quiet ones etc etc but like to have a drink at the weekends. I also love all things outdoorsy and adrenalin and like to do somthing active at weekends if I get the chance.
