Our studio flat was recently renovated (2007) and all furniture, appliances and equipment are brand new.

Centrally situated in a cosmopolitan neighbourhood, El Raval, next to the famous Rambla del Raval, home for lots of restaurants, bars, night clubs, fashion labels etc, our flat is at walking distance (5mins) to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Port Vell, Boqueria Market, MACBA amongst other places of interest.

It has a comfortable double sofa bed as well as a double bed up on a mezzanine level. The main room in the studio is also furnished with wardrobes and TV. The kitchen is completely equipped with dinning table and chairs, fridge/freezer, washing machine, glass ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The flat is located on a second floor of a period building without a lift.

€65 per night (minimum three nights and maximum three people)
€50 cleaning fee (at the end of your stay)

An initial holding deposit will be required when making the booking. The balance will need to be paid in cash on check in at the apartment, as well as a bond which will be paid back on check out, if there is no damage to the flat.
