Since I'm studying abroad my room is available for the 2nd Semester, from January-July 2010.

The room has a double bed, nice big windows, chest of draws, desk, lamp etc.
The house is in a great location on Granville Road in Fallowfield, minutes from a bus stop which will take you directly into Uni/town 24 hours a day, 5 minutes walk from Sainsbury's supermarket, and a short walk to the post office and Fallowfield pubs and bars. Fallowfield's a great student village where you're sure to meet a lot of people, and this house is in a prime spot.

The house has a large living room with comfy sofas and multiple TV channels, and kitchen (with many appliances and plates etc- there are plenty to share), wireless internet, a garden, and there are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

The house mates are really fun friendly girls, who would be sure to show you around Manchester if you're new. They are studying Spanish, Anthropology, Music and English and Geology.

Bills are split equally between everyone, and rent is £66 per week.
