C1900. Edwardian, Satinwood chest with bow front. Amongst the masses of endless mahogany chests of all periods, it's quite refreshing to find this ever so slightly sazzy, satinwood number. A good quality item throughout with a good colour, the gentle bow front and restrained ornament enhances an impressive full bodied form.
( In good, original condition, with the expected gentle knocks and bumps of time. One bottom backplate and one escutcheon missing )
