You're invited to a 'Kitchen Pharmacy' workshop as a basic introduction to Herbal Medicine, on from 9.30 on Saturday 7th November. We'll look at how to prepare and use herbal remedies at home, concentrating on winter ailments like colds, 'flu, S.A.D and rheumatism. All notes are included so you can just relax and enjoy your day. Cost is £65 for the whole day.
