I am a fully qualified professional therapist & have VTCT level 3 diplomas in aromatherapy, swedish massage, reflexology, indian head massage & sports massage. I also have a certificate in indian ayurvedic herbal massage. I am a fellow of the international council of holistic therapists FICHT and i offer all the above therapies at advanced levels.
After an initial consultation my treatments focus entirely on my clients individual assessed needs at each session.
My Full Body Massage is 90 minutes in duration, giving you plenty of time to relax unwind and enjoy. You are never rushed here. This makes your treatment more relaxing, more enjoyable and more effective. I work with enthusiasm but also with intuition and sensitivity at all times.
All massage treatments have beneficial effects on both mind and body, helping to relieve stress, tension & depression, allowing the body to relax, deeply, while relieving pain and muscular tension, increasing circulation, clearing toxins and nourishing the skin.
Reflexology is 60 minutes in duration and is a specialised system working just on the feet, It helps all the body systems, encouraging a state of optimum health and wellbeing whilst enhancing the bodies own ability to balance itself. It is useful for all stress related disorders and is deeply relaxing.
