We have a room available in our house from now until the end of June next year, possibly available over the summer as well.

Situated in a leafy pocket of Fallowfield, the house is a large Victorian semi-detatched on Brighton Grove. It has 4 floors, including a large kitchen, a lounge, a dining room/second lounge, three bathrooms.

It is a 20 minute walk to university, 5minute walk to the centre of Fallowfield and all its bars and shops. It is on a cycle route which runs from the Armitage Sports Centre through university and into town and has parks at either ends of the road. It is a two minute walk to the main bus route that runs to university (10mins) and town (20-25mins).

There are 7 other tenants, 5 boys and 2 girls, they are all very sociable and easy to get along with. There is a wide range of interests in the house including sport, music and drama and a nice balance between going out and work. Wireless internet and Sky TV are already set up and running.

The rent is incredibly cheap for the size and location of the house, I spent ages hunting around Fallowfield in January and this is by far the best property I saw. If you are interested or would like to arrange a visit please contact me by email:
