This role is a combination of both Office Management and PA duties and is ideally suited to someone who wants a varied and challenging position. Duties within this role will include; diary management and full secretarial support to one Director, management of the purchase order process, ensuring compliance with the ISO 9002 standard, responsibility for administrative support to a team, implementing best practice, producing reports and trend information, handling customer complaints, maintaining personnel records for all staff and managing the invoicing process.
This role is ideal for a confident, professional and articulate office manager/PA who is looking for a new challenge. You must be confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
