the house is located in rusholme. it is an end terrace house. it has got 4 double rooms. there is seperate lounge and kitchen. there is a yard at the back of the house. the kitchen was renewed a year ago. i am looking for people to fill in the last room. three of my friends whom all are studying at manchester uni will be living there so looking to fill the last room. there is a very good bus service. the bus stop is only a minute or less away.
the whole house has been re-painted new laminet floors and further refurbishment will be going ahead soon such as, new settees, new carpets for the stairs and upstairs landing etc.
