My client are expanding rapidly and have contunued to win new projects throughout the Gulf. There is now a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based from their office in Oman. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for Preparing Bills of Quantities, Procurement & Tendering, Variation Orders, Negotiating & Preparing Contract Awards and Settling Final Accounts amongst other duties.

Candidate should be MRICS and have a relevant Degree. Experience working on mega projects in the Middle East is essential, Airport experience is advantageous. Must have good understanding of Middle East contract laws. Candidates should speak English as a first language or have a good overall understanding.
