Hi , I'm Jeff, 25, looking to run in Sale/ Stretford at weekends.I'm bored of the gym and prefer running outdoors. I live in Sale but I'm looking to run in the surrounding area too.I used to run alot so it's a case of me getting up to speed again, can you help motivate me?!
