Travel Administration Consultant required for this Greater Manchester based Cruise Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Travel Administrator
My Client prides them selves in being able to expect advice and recommendations to all there valued customers. With over 20 staff all with first hand knowledge of Cruise lines and ships.
My Client provides extensive training in order to achieve the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Other specifications for this Travel Administrator role:
* Quick to learn
* Retain information.
* Work as a team player, as well using own initiative.
* Possess good, basic, spelling and grammar.
* Be able to reply too and resolve any complaints that may arise.
* Be able to spot mistakes in spelling and arithmetic
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate is ideally to be from a travel background, or to possess the proven ability for this position, within good administrations skills. It is preferable the individual is to be from a cruise background or at least have knowledge of the cruise product from their travel experience.
You will have to want to do a good job, have a flexible attitude and be an enthusiastic travel individual.
THE PACKAGE:
In return, my client offers an excellent salary, excellent working environment and bonus / overtime pay in addition. Fabulous working hours Monday to Friday 9- 5.30pm
