Sous Chef
The Westmorland Hotel is a 3 star AA Rosette Holding Hotel based in outstanding surroundings close to the Lake District National Park.
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the delivery of high quality locally sourced food. We are looking for a Sous Chef to work within our AA Rosette holding restaurant at the Westmorland Hotel. We offer straight shifts, and live in accommodation is available.
You might be an experienced Chef de Partie looking for your next career move, or a Sous Chef looking for a new role.
As Sous Chef you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Food Development Team and Head Chef, who are always striving to look at creative menus for our restaurant. You will be involved in maintaining the high standards within the kitchen team, who are responsible for preparing food for weddings, conferences and a la carte menus.
At Westmorland Limited we pride ourselves on the food we serve. Throughout our business, which includes the award winning Tebay Services and Rheged Centre, we try to source local ingredients for our freshly prepared food , which includes beef and lamb from our own farm.
