The BBC, Manchester University, the Palace Theatres and Opera House and nightlife just a stones throw away. You can walk to Chinatown, Deansgate or the business district in a few minutes. Alternatively, you can go round the corner to Oxford Road Station, and take a train to Piccadilly or catch the free metro service that takes you around the city centre (and a number of regular buses)

Prices depend on lenghth of stay and number of people.Stays of 2 weeks or less are normally charged AT from £420 per full week inclusive of bills and council tax and it is possible to arrange an inclusive rate for longer stays too.
