Rent is from £295 + council tax + bills per week. Stays of 2 weeks or less are charged at £390 per full week inclusive of bills and council tax and it is possible to arrange an inclusive rate for longer stays too. There is a small cleaning charge for stays of 1-2 weeks.

Shorter stays (3 or 4 nights) are charged at £100 a night.
