This is a really nice place. Well decorated and furnished with a great kitchen and bathrom. There are two good sized rooms and the bathroom upstairs with a third bedroom which could be used as a lounge downstairs where the main lounge, kitchen and hallway are.

It is close enough to the university for walking, cycling or bus and therefore easy to get into the city centre but at the same time very close to Platt Fields with a lovely open feeling.

The curry mile is nearby, so is the student centre at Fallowfield and there is easy access to Didsbury village or the city centre for leisure, shopping etc.

The options are for 2-3 people to take the whole house or 1-2 people to house share with a final year student at Manchester University. If only two people take the house the monthly rent would be reduced. Call to discuss.
