Job Title: Match Day Hospitality Supervisor / Manager
Reports To Catering Manager

Department: Conference and Banqueting

The Role

To Supervise / Manage Hospitality Suites or Areas on a Match Day

These areas comprise Sports Bars, Restaurants including Fine Dining, and Executive Boxes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


· To supervise the foodservice team within the hospitality suites or executive boxes.

· To deliver a precise and effective brief to all members of the team within your area to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

· To motivate and encourage members of your team taking into consideration the various skill levels.

· To delegate the necessary tasks to be completed, including the allocation of tables.

· To be able to satisfy the high customer demands and expectations within your area.

· To ensure the customers are greeted in a warm and friendly manner.

· To have a full understanding of the menu and relay this to your team.

· To look at ways to maximise sales wherever possible and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately.

· To assist with the training and development of staff within your area.

· To encourage your team to work in harmony with other departments to ensure the overall success of the hospitality operation.

· To coach your team to ensure they consistently meet the correct standards.

· To deal efficiently and effectively with customer complaints.

· To carry out any reasonable task requested by a member of management.

· To ensure that all members of your team adhere to the licensing laws which govern the match day hospitality operation.

· To ensure that all Health & Safety at Work Standards are adhered to at all times.

· To carry out satisfaction checks with all customers in your area.

· To adhere to and help enforce all company rules, regulations and policies at all times.
