Permanent part-time Customer Service Advisors required to join a leading Public sector organisation in Poynton, Cheshire.

The working hours are completely flexible and require you to be able to work any hour of the day or night across 7 days. A sample shift pattern would be Mon 22hr - 0600hr Tue 22hr - 0600hr wed off Thur 0800hr-1400hr and Fri 0800hr-1400hr with Sat/Sun off. Then the following week you would only work 2 days

The role pays £7.76 per hour + 10% bonus for all hours worked between 8pm and 8am.

Candidate will be required to:
§Liaise between on-call wardens, medical staff, patients and building contractors (to complete work for Housing Association houses)
§Taking emergency calls from elderly residents
§This role required a huge amount of flexibility on hours worked and on candidate availability
§Candidates may also be required to deal with difficult situations so a background in social care may be of benefit although it is not essential.
