I live in a 4th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Green Quarter, Manchester (4-5 mins walk to The Printworks, Victoria Station, MEN etc). My current flatmate is moving out and as so I am looking for a young professional to share with.

I'm 25 years old and work for a law firm in the City Centre, I enjoy chilling in the evenings with a glass of wine and making the most of my weekends. I am quite new to the area, so would like to live with someone who is sociable and fun.

If you are interested you would have a double bedroom with the main bathroom (my bedroom has the en-suite). The flat is fully furnished and has washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. There is also a secure underground parking space for an extra £50 a month (so total rent would be £525). The rent advertised includes water, electric, council tax and TV licence.
