WHO ARE UKOH?

UKOH are currently looking for restaurant staff (waitress'/waiters/restaurant managers and assistant managers)

WAITER/WAITRESS

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Preparing the restaurant for service
- Greeting and seating guests
- Explaining menus
- Taking orders and liaising with the kitchen staff
- Serving food and drinks
- Clearing away after service
- Shifts are normally split between two services (breakfast and dinner) - making it the ideal job for a ski/snowboard addict

RESTAURANT MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

- An exciting opportunity to manage a team of waiters
- Produce staff rotas
- Assuring that all service staff performs their duties correctly
- Give additional training and support where necessary
- Ensure effective communication with the chef and kitchen staff


SALARY: To be confimed

START AND END DATES: Successful candidates need to be available from December to April. Contrat dates vary from site to site.

HOURS: Shift patterns vary but you will be expected to work 39hrs per week.

JOB LOCATION: To be confirmed. We are recruiting for resorts all around the French Alps

REQUIREMENTS:

ALL CANDIATES MUST:

- Hold an EU passport and a permanent British National Insurance Number
- Be able to speak French and English to a high standard ( managers in particular)
- Have restaurant experience
- Have the ability to work in a TEAM
- Have plenty of INITIATIVE
- Have great COMMUNICATION skills
