Training will be given initially to get you up to the standard of a resourcer with BD but it doesn't stop there. You will be mentored constantly for your first 2 years with Senior Recruiters on hand to help you in your career with us. We work with many of Europe’s premier Communications and Marketing Agencies and have increased our turnover year on year since our inception in 2004. With substantial growth planned over the coming 18 months we are also now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultants/ Account Managers.

Core tasks for Recruiters include cold calling, networking, client meetings, promoting the company brand. We are therefore looking for ambitious individuals who enjoy a challenge and are driven by success.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, however none graduates will be considered. A background in sales, telesales or some recruitment will be a major benefit. This is a very challenging role, certainly not run-of-the-mill. If you feel you can complete the work required to earn £70k in a single year, as some of our Recruiters are, then apply today!
