I've lived in the house since September last year, and my housemate is moving back home because of money issues, so I need someone to fill the house!
It's a twenty min walk/5min bus from Piccadilly, with Eastland’s asda the same distance the opposite way.
Local shops/chippies etc very close by.
The house is in a small close, so a safe, quiet area.

Rent is £630, so £315 each (this includes council tax), plus bills - elec, gas, landline (only if you wanna use it), water, and broadband. So the bills atm are around £70.
Deposit of £315 required.
If you're a couple, the rent will be the same, but the bills will be split three ways.


The landlord just needs to see some ID, and you need to be able to set up a Standing Order for the rent.


The House!
Two decent sized double bedrooms, I take up one obviously(!), bathroom, kitchen, living room all good sizes.
A front and rear garden, very secure doors & windows.

I'm twenty, work in financial services, and like to chat.. I like to think I'm a good housemate, I don't have many issues, and am pretty easygoing.
