Guy and a girl looking for a third housemate. Both of us are clean, professional and non-smokers. The available room is a double bedroom in a terraced house in Chorlton, 2 minutes from Beech Road. Room is availabile as of the beginning of December as our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.
Bills are not ncluded in rent.
Room is on ground floor, and would be a living room if the house were a family home. Street is reasonably quiet. house is double glazed throughout.
The room room would suit: young, tidy, active professional type.
Non-smoking is specified in the lease.
Not suitable for couples (again specified in the lease).
If you feel that a move out of the city centre would be for you then I suggest that the bright lights of Chorlton might appeal.
