We are looking for someone to be our flatmate in Our Luxury Apartment in Manchester`s upcoming area of Ancoats which is only 5 to 10 mins walk to the Gay Village and Piccadilly.

The Apartment is in a secure gated community with communal gardens and has really nice surrounding`s.

The Apartment has a large modern kitchen with all appliances/Living room/Large Balcony and has modern interior. Tv with freeview, video and dvd player,wireless internet access.Luxury Bathroom, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.

The room is a large Double room which has a Double Wardrobe,Chest of Drawers,Internet Access and Televison Point with a window which is the room in the photos.

We are both gay males 28 and 36 and both work full time hours,we are very friendly and Sociable.

We are looking for a professional gay male or gay friendly male to share with,whos up for a laugh and is sociable and tidy and preferably non smoker and no drugs.

The rent is 380 per month plus 200 pound deposit which includes bills,Council tax,water rates,Electric and Wireless Internet.
