I am looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroomed furnished property in Manchester that is in a decent area and has parking. No agencies as disagree with the large amount they charge for fees. I am in my early thirties, female and work as a staff nurse. Also non smoker and no pets. I am looking to move anytime in the next month although would rather the sooner the better. Looking to pay between £400 and £500 a month for a one bedroomed and would go up to £550 a month for two bedroomed. Have employee / Previous landlord references and deposit / 1st months rent ready.
