Hi, I think this room has got everything you want and more. Please see what you think; here it comes:
This cosy, sunny single room has everything, and forms part of a luxury 3 bed bungalow. The single room has the benefit of a new bed and new bedding, along with its own TV (with ‘Freeview’), new fridge, large new wardrobe, and free unlimited broadband via WIFI. Also, there is free weekend and evening telephone calls. In addition, the owner is prepared to change the room's contents to your requirements if you find anything unsuitable, or install any other item(s) required.
The Accommodation:
The accommodation is a luxury bungalow, decorated, fitted out and maintained to the highest possible standard; this includes new double glazing, new kitchen (with everything), new shower, new video entry phone, along with new CCTV/fire/burglar/smoke/C02 alarms and conservatory. Externally, there is a new driveway and to the rear, discreet patios and garden area with the usual garden furniture, and set amongst the native flora & fauna.
The Local Area:
The bungalow is situated in a crime free area, and nestles alongside a nature reserve that is blessed with a myriad of quite country walks. These woodland trails are full of history and follow the river Tames, and the Shropshire Union Canal.
Present Lodgers:
First, we are a really friendly lot and you will be made very welcome. So, as the landlord, I will be travelling abroad often, so I think it is best to leave me out of the equation, but for interest's sake, I am a Writer. I also teach English when I am in UK.
The other two rooms are occupied by single, professional men, who epitomize the English gentleman, but that is not to say they can’t be very naughty at times (but with style and panache).
Anyway, my main aim is to find the right mix of people for the house; people who will fit in and get along with each other - not just for the first week or two when everything is new, but all the time. I guess the bottom line is that I want my lodgers to be happy and content with their stay.
The Location & Transport Links:
The bungalow is situated in Denton (Postcode: M34). The area is serviced by excellent bus, rail and motorway links to Manchester city centre (which is only 7 miles away), and Manchester International Airport (25 minutes away).
Who Would We Like?
The accommodation would suit a clean, mature and well rounded individual with a great sense of humour, but who also knows the value of piece and quite, privacy, and the meaning of Respect.
The Rent:
Rent is £75 per week; this is inclusive of all bills. There is no deposit required.
