OfficeTeam is excited to announce its latest vacancy within the Education sector, based South Manchester.
The Role
We are recruiting for a bright administrator to work within our finance team. Main duties will include taking a high volume of inbound calls from department heads, answering queries with regards to outstanding invoices, PO numbers and invoice discrepancies. Along with taking all the calls for the department you will be required to investigate the query using a multitude of databases and update missing information where required. The ideal administrator will have previous experience on the phones, good IT skills and able to work at a fast pace. We require 2 months commitment for this administration position.
Salary & Benefits
This Admin role pays £6.50 per hour + holiday pay.
